Cynthia Hauer founded Millennium Data Management, an independent, woman-owned business, in 1999, with the goal of promoting a robust and important vision for data which is generated or managed by contractual activities. With over 27 years of experience in the field of data management, Ms. Hauer has focused a great deal of that time on the role of Data Management and Data Managers in the commercial enterprise and government infrastructure, providing thought leadership and vision in the integration of data, its users, and their business processes.

During her career, Ms. Hauer has authored and presented more than 50 technical papers on configuration and data management. She also served as the co-lead for the team that developed the ANSI/GEIA-859, Consensus Standard for Data Management.
